Try Before You Fully Commit: Feel free to take our pickleball paddle out for a spin! Whether you're practicing your serves or engaging in intense matches, get a real feel for how our pickleball paddle enhances your game.

Peace of Mind: We're confident you'll fall in love with our pickleball gear. But if for any reason our pickleball paddle doesn't feel right for you, don't worry. Simply return it within 30 days, and we'll process a hassle-free refund.

Making Returns Simple: Our return process is straightforward and even if the paddle is slightly used, we will accept. Just email contactsunstrike@gmail.com and in the email body please detail your name, phone number, paddle model, a copy of the receipt and order number to get the process started but, please note paddles that show signs of abuse are not eligible for refund and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return.

Our One-Year Pickleball Paddle Promise:

All pickleball paddles have a 1 YEAR WARRANTY against manufacturer defects and workmanship of the paddle valid starting the date of purchase.

With Sunstrike, all of our pickleball equipment is crafted with passion and every game becomes an experience. Our warranty is a heartfelt promise, ensuring every serve, volley, and dink is wrapped in confidence.

 

The Sunlit Details:

Original Purchaser Perk: This warranty shines exclusively for you, the original buyer, and it's valid in the U.S. and Canada only.

Authorized Dealer Purchaser Registration: Secure your paddle's warranty by registering within 14 days of purchase. Registration details are at the bottom of this page. If you bought directly from SunStrikeUSA.com, take a breather—your paddle is automatically registered.

When the Sun Shines Brightest (What We Cover): 

Defect Coverage: Any manufacturer defects, missing bits, or craftsmanship hiccups are on us.

Replacement: Uncover an issue? We promise to replace the faulty part or, if needed, the whole paddle with a paddle of equal value. Our obligation to replace or exchange the part or product, does not exceed the amount of the original purchase price of the product.

Authorized Retail Purchases: If your paddle came from a trusted retailer, please initiate your journey with their return process. If things don't pan out, we're here with a warm embrace.

 

The Occasional Eclipse (What We Don’t Cover):

Wear & Adventure: Normal wear and marks and any damage from unconventional adventures aren't covered.

Fading Graphics: Like the setting sun, graphics might fade over time.

Unauthorized Tweaks: Any modifications or repairs not approved by Sunstrike will void this warranty.

Second-Hand & Unauthorized Buys: Paddles adopted second-hand or from unauthorized sellers (i.e. Craigslist, Facebook groups, etc.)

Commercial Use: If the paddle's been rented out or used commercially.

Replacement Paddles: replacement paddles aren't under the warranty umbrella

Lost or Stolen Paddles: Please be aware the SunStrike is not responsible for lost or stolen paddles or packages. We are unable to issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirmed as being delivered. Please contact the mail carrier with your full name and tracking number. Please ensure that you provide us with the correct address. If your package can still not be obtained, please contact us at contact@sunstrikeusa.com

SunStrike, LLC’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at its discretion of any defect and does not include any liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damage of any kind

Return Journey: Sending the paddle for our review? The shipping's on you, but the solutions are on us.

If you didn’t buy directly from us but purchased your paddle from an authorized dealer, email contact@sunstrikeusa.com with "Warranty Register" in the subject  within 14 days of purchase. Share your name, address, phone number, retailer's name, product info, and order number. This step ensures your paddle bathes in our warranty glow.
